BoccaLupo: Reviews & Ratings
Celebrated our wedding anniversary here, which was our first time and it did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to my sleeping toddler (giving us a pillow to make sure she was comfortable). They made every interaction feel personable and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed working there! All the dishes that we had were packed with flavor and left us wanting more! Specifically the crudo with crispy rice and the branzino. You can appreciate the effort that went into the presentation and the way that all the flavors blended together so perfectly. We also enjoyed their cocktails and their cheesecake that we had for dessert. We're already excited to go back and try out even more! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!
Wonderful time at dinner with a few friends. Got the tasting menu & a few more dishes that didn't disappoint. Atmosphere, service & timing was on point for sure. Love that everyone that drops off food reviews it instead of dropping off leaving you wondering.
Unbelievable fresh food and unique experience of Italian flavors. Great vibe of music, art and restaurant with a nice bar on hand. Everything was so good, price per dish is smaller, almost like tapas but bigger, so order a bit more than you think. Desserts were phenomenal
Another great dinner in Atlanta. Nice, cozy, casual, neighborhood place with very friendly staff and a nice bar. Food was presented and tasted great Limited wine list that is overpriced The Burrata with beets was delightful with just the right amount of acid. The Lobster Cannoli was interesting though more mascarpone forward than lobster The Brisket Bruschetta was excellent and very flavorful Best dish of the night was the crispy octopus. Just perfect The Osso Buco was melt in the mouth tender though there was no Osso! with an excellent Risotto accented with Rosemary that really adds to it Service was friendly and efficient Second time here. A seat at the bar and Great food and wine. Love ve this place
This was such an excellent meal!! All of the dishes were creative and super flavorful. They also have a small, but very well curated wine list. Service is incredible, every single staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many more items on the menu I want to try!!
If you are craving for a twist to the traditional Italian restaurant and an elevated culinary experience this restaurant is just for you. From the ambience and intimate setting to friendly staff and creative cocktails BocaLupo won’t let you down. Having frequented this hidden gem for over a decade I’ve never been disappointed in the service and creativity when it comes to intentional menu selection. Don’t skip on the appetizers as they are fantastic and are every single bit as good as the main dish.
Okay. So my wife and I have been coming to BLupo for many years and they've always knocked it out of the park. Last night, however, was simply too good to not publicly acknowledge it. Let's not even talk about the cool bar vibe, the good wines, the fantastic servers, sure, all that was great as always. It's the food which is the star. For small dishes I had the snapper ceviche, so bright and fresh, it disappeared too fast; we shared the burrata stracciatella with beets, and wow, how can anybody get excited about soft cheese and beets? But we did. My wife's fried chicken parmigiana was the ultimate comfort food, and my usual go-to, the black spaghetti, was as always perfectly spicy and "arrabiata." What else to say, right? Well, the cheesecake was so good we nearly needed to be resuscitated. Anyway, do whatever it takes to get to Boccalupo. Just close your eyes and stick a pin in the menu- no matter what dish it lands on you'll be happy.
Great atmosphere and wonderful place to share delicious food with friends. Waiters are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The Sothern Chicken Fried Parm was the best and plentiful, while we ended up ordering another Crispy Octopus because it was so delightful. To top it off I enjoyed the Chocolate Torte and Basque Cheesecake because they were tasty without being too sweet.
